are you getting crews on a street corner? Going rate here in the midwest is over $500 for "just" P2 and real rates when working with RED, SII and Phantom. Gear is extra especially when it involves more than a laptop - what about monitors, scopes, drives etc?
and I believe (it varies) the Union rate for a DIT is $750 a day.
