I shoot the spx800 at 30p 16:9 Progressive and in that mode the spx800 by default adds a tad more shutter speed just below the lowest setting pf 1/100. I could overide slight shutter speed increase but that menu Diagnostic2 is not visible due to the past owner selecting it to be invisble; a Panasonic serice center would have to reset that Menu setting at this point.

Anyway, my S Vidoa saga continues to no avail.

I have Component SDI out SD ok, but when I try to get S-Video I get no chorma, I get just luminance. The settings on the D10CEA are Composite with YC and narrow blanking. What settings do you use for S-Video.

Many thanks,

Patrick

PS: Did you see that 17x-7.5 HD lens on Ebay ? I wonder how an HD lens would perform on the spx800 which of course is SD.
