Actually, this is mentioned on the DV Film site for Raylight. It's a known issue. Raylight works fine with Leopard, EXCEPT that you can not use the "Write to P2 Card" feature. This feature is new for the latest version of Raylight, by the way. I'm assuming it'll be supported at some point for Leopard - I just haven't seen when.
