fcps2 p2 import problem.

I'm having a new problem which I'm sure has been discussed but I can't find a solution for it.
fcps2's Log and Transfer tool is not reading the p2 contents of 3 p2 cards I have transfered to my hard drive. I did transfer the txt file and each p2 card is in its own folder labeled p1, p2, p3.
Panasonic's own P2CMS program can view the footage on the exact same location.
So why can't FCP?
Thanks
