Matching HVX-200 with SDX-900 Framesize

Question. I shot with a SDX-900 at DVCpro 50 / 16x9 / 30P. I also shot a HVX-200 to P2 card at DVCPro 50 / Letterbox / 30P. The HVX-200 when downloaded to FCPro gave me a smaller over all frame size when laid over the SDX Footage. Should I have shot squeezed on the HVX? I think I experienced this problem once before with the DVX-100.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
