You mean when you said:

"Shane, have you tried turning off the remove pulldown preference and selecting the encompassing folder and not the CONTENTS folder?"

I thought I had. I think I looked in the wrong place...or did the wrong thing. Or was frustrated and just went "yeah yeah, I did that...I know what to do because I am a smarty-pants."

So you had the solution. And I feel like an idiot. This is what you get when you think you know everything.
