Horizontal Spry submenu won't show up

I used the "insert spry" menu and the only thing that I changed is the color of the background and the arrows. The menu shows up in dreamweaver, but when I view the file in IE or Firefox the hover arrows are present but the submenu will not display.

I have attached my .css file, any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
