I can explain you how to link a flash file inside flash. For that I will assume:

-You know how to use flash
-You know how to create a button inside flash
-You are using AS2 as your inside flash code

First, place a square button in front of all your elements, fully covering your movie.

Make your button transparent. In CS4 you can go to the properties panel and in the Color Effects tab select Alpha with a value of 0.

Open the Behaviors panel. For that go to the menu Window> Behaviors

In the Behaviors panel press the plus sign to open a menu. Then go to Web> Go to web page

A window will open. There you can paste an absolute link to the page you want to go.

Publish your swf.

Insert your swf into Dreamweaver.
