dreamweaver movie upload

Hello,

I need some help or can someone steer me in the right direction?

I am trying to build a simple webpage (using dreamweaver 9). I am trying to put in a video clip (i have a quicktime file as wells as a flash video). This is where the problem lies. I am not sure what works better for online stuff. I have tried up loading a qt file on internet explorer all i see is a white box the movie never loads.

can any one help me?
