Hi Chris. Thanks for your response. Sorry, I'm new at this. I'll give better information next time. As it turned out, the website (http://www.aapra.org) apparently was moved to a new server, and the files were posting to the old one. Our ISP has fixed it on their end and given me the correct information to post files, so I hope the problem is resolved. The good thing about all this is I found the creativecow site, which I will use sooner next time! Thanks again. Andee
