Embedding Vimeo in DW

I am trying to embed a Vimeo video in a DW CS3 page but when I copy the embedding text from Vimeo and paste it to a CS3 page, it publishes as a swack of html and not an actually video. I suck at programming and web sites and stuff. What could I be doing wrong?

It's driving me nuts cause I know so little about web applications.
