finding only the images being used on the page?

Hey everyone...I've designed a page using primarily HTML and have done updates and changes for a while now and I've lost control of my naming scheme and more. Is there a way to figure out which images are the images being used in the page so that I can delete everything that I'm not using?
Thanks in advance for any help on this issue.
Sincerely,
Jason C.
