Horizontal Spry Menu Bar links not right in IE

Horiz menu not displaying in IE 7 or 8 but works fine in firefox and Safari. Please help on deadline and I am not a developer!

submenu diplays on top of main link and not under it. Also submenu when open pushes hero image down below in IE8 only.
