Morphing photo

Not sure I'm in the correct forum, but here goes ...
What I want to do is concoct a before and after photo, where the before photo is replaced by the after photo -- sort of a before fades to after thing. Should I use Flash for this?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks for your help!
Jack
