roll over buttons control other images

I am using css. Picture the screen, i have four buttons with rollovers on them. to the right of the buttons the screen is blank. i'm wanting to have an image appear in the blank for each time you rollover a button. Essentially each button has an image to it. what would be the code to do this? I know that you can do it in flash, but I don't really know flash and i'm just learning dreamweaver.

Any help would be very appreciated.
