When I look at the code for your spry menu bar you have a bunch of

<div align="center">

</div>

Tags around your spry menus. You need to remove these. If you want to control the alignment of your text in the spry menu you can add

text-align: center;

to the

ul.MenuBarHorizontal a

CSS style class.

Remove all the div tags around your Spry menu bar and it should work in IE again.
