Pop Up Window from Spry Menu

I cant seem to add a behavior in a spry menu. Say I want one link in the menu to have a pop up window.

In the link field if I add # and add the behavior pop up window, it works but when I go test it, no matter which link I choose in the whole menu the pop up window appears, Uggh.

Is there anyway to isolate just one link behavior?
