Different browsers display differently. Usually it's a default setting. For example in some versions of IE if you don't define a cell of a table to be flush left, right or center, then it defaults to centered, unlike most browsers that would make the text flush left by default because everyone but Microsoft knows that you almost NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER design any text that is meant to be read centered. It's extremely hard to read paragraphs, bullet points, or generally any text at all that is centered. There is a reason that books are flush left and not centered... they're meant to be read.

Of course none of this applies to your page. ;)
