While Dreamweaver and GoLive are sort of WYSIWYG, they're more like WYSIWYG for web designers. In other words, they excel if you know what's going on with the code while you work in their environment. They're convenient tools, but you'll eventually have to adjust code or CSS to get something to work right. Probably true for all html editors.

GoLive is probably going to go away in favor of DW, since they're both the same company, Adobe. But no announcements yet.

If you are really a visual guy, you may want to try Softpress Systems Freeway 4 Pro. I've played with free downloads in the past, and from the looks of it, version 4 is pretty cool. They sell it on the apple website. I think it only works for macs.

You might try iWeb if you're on a mac as well. The templates are pretty cool, and it's ridiculously simple to use. But I don't think you can do much for your own designs.

If you're not on a mac, I am sorry. I'm sure there are some cool apps out there. Don't mess with Frontpage. Even if it will do what you want for now, it'll lead you down the wrong path. Your page will be a horrible mess of code that is non standard.
