Wasn't the Flash Player's 3D capability - what makes it attractive for game development with tools like unity - only introduced with the Stage3D architecture with version 11 of the player ....?

If so, it may be that you are on a difficult quest ... if your game depends on 3D and the Flash player version you need is not supported in your target hardware, it's hard to see a way around that without looking at some other approach.

But writing your own game routines in Java would be a whole other set of tasks.
