Why not go back to the fla and republish ..? And why would you need to: don't all major platforms have a version 11 player available ..?

If you must work from a swf, there are several swf decompilers around (seek and you will find), enough for you to extract images and code (unless the swf has been well protected.) Of course you'd need the appropriate copyright holder's permission.
