A help system made to run online also needs to operate on a local drive. It includes animations. When I launch an animation within the help system, I get this message:

..Adobe Flash Player has stopped a potentially unsafe operation.
..The following local application on your computer or network:
....C:\Users\Bill\Help\MyProgram\WebHelp\IntroPage.swf
..is trying to communicate with this Internet-enabled location:
....C:\Users\Bill\Help\MyProgram\WebHelp\IntroPage.htm
..To let this application communicate with the Internet, click
..Settings.
..You must restart the application after changing your settings.

When I click Settings, it lets me enter URLs for for sites to access storage, but I cannot make it accept a local drive address. Please explain how to give permission to Flash for accessing the local drive.
