Flash export to QT issues

so i have a 25 second flash cs3 file and i want to export a regular Quicktime

the export ends up being over a minute long
and i can't figure out why

i'm using the H.264 codec with best quality at 30 frames per second

after screwing with settinga, i can't come to an answer

suggestions??
