Fonts missing

I am not too familiar with how fonts work or are stored, but i just upgraded to snow leapard and now in my flash file it tells me fonts are missing...

It never did that before... same computer - just OS upgrade

Any ideas?

Then when i try to re-connect them, it does not show in the menu, but I still use the font in IN Desing and photoshop so I know its there....
