Flash Behaviors aren't working

I have a Flash project running in Actionscript 2 so that I can use Behaviors. Everytime I add a Behavior and try to set the Event to something other than "On Release" it just ignores me. I never had this issue while I was using CS3 and I think this is the first time I'm working this way in CS4. Can anyone help me out here?
