flash flv and skin

flash flv and skin

When up loading a video controler created in flash with flv play back and adding a player skin I can't seem to get the skin to appear in the html page along with the playing video.

I upload 3 files

.swf
.flv
and player skin .swf

is there anything im missing? script or something? I thank you in advance for any answers.
