swf address

Does anyone know of any good tutorials for swf address 2.0? i've looked all around and haven't found much help. I've downloaded the source files and samples and tried to make my own basic version based off their flash samples, but its just not making sense to me.

I've searched all over the web, and the best set of instructions i've found were here http://www.asual.com/swfaddress/docs/ on the swf address' own site. unfortunately i still haven't been able to make enough sense out of this documentation.
