FeikoFeikoScrolling text flash-video to DVD-format

I made a Flash-video consisting entirely out of an scrolling text. The character of this text is fairly small, but if I export it to Mpeg or Avi in Flash the video looks OK.

However when I import this file in Adobe Encore and put it on a DVD the quality goes down, making it impossible to read the text.

Does anyone have a solution? I've been working on a solution now for weeks.
