BrettClick to activate

In the newest IE, it now requires the viewer to "Click to activate and use this control" on a flash .swf file in a webpage. However, I've seen it where you don't have to click to make it work... what's the secret? An example can be found at http://www.opuscorp.com/ They have a flash object that autoplays, and you can click on one of the buttons, but you never get the "click to activate" or the annoying outline around the object.

Is there a code trick to fix this?
