If you mean you installed the Flash 8 player then yeah, there do seem to be some issues. The old macromedia flash detection kit stopped working, as far as i could tell, which meant a lot of sites, including my own, stopped working when a user upgraded to player 8. It wasn't just a safari thing, i found it happened right across the browsers and platforms.

The only thing i can suggest is contact the webmaster at the sites at let them know there's a problem.
