lajoliet is probably correct... it sounds like you are running into a frames issue... i had an autorun CD project that started to balloon in size and i switched to Director to solve the problem... flash does stall with large video and integrated sound... you can solve the problem by deconstructing the project and using the streaming capacity that flash does very nicely... for example, loading the entire sound file up front may not be the best thing to do... try breaking it down and loading it when needed... avoid scenes if you can... try a loadMovieNum command!

remember that one of the strengths of flash is its ability to stream content but many forget about this and build preloaders (not that preloaders are bad or anything)....
