Control + LMB the small circle to the left of the parameter name. The circle turns red, indicating there's a keyframe there. If you move the time slider the circle becomes a red outline, indicating that the parameter has an animation track but no key on that frame.

Every parameter in Cinema that has one of those small circles next to it can be keyframed this way.
