Re: wrap deformer creating unexpected bulge

Ur efforts are really appreciated. Having gone thru Brian's suggestions i'm yet to achieve the desired solution hence i've attached the file itself.

Could this have anything to do (though i doubt it) with the fact that the shield was extruded from an illustrator file? Might have to model the shield in autocad 2011 and exported to c4d as a .fbx file. I'm however convinced i'm better off working purely in c4d.
