Some effects style grunge in c4d and after effects
by Eleazar Planas on Nov 1, 2009 at 3:12:46 am

Hello! please help me to solve a doubt!.

In this “visual effects example” extracted of Chris Hewitt(dstrukt) Showreel 2006 (from second 33 to second 41 of the video) we can observe a orange structure that it has an aspect similar to which is obtained with the “shatter effects of c4d”, with an effect “grunge style”, in addition a visual effect that is resembled a bad signal of TV, that it is caused by a species of “after effects sound effector” , since the sound effect goes in synchrony with the visual distortion. in addition, in that same segment, we observed a species of vibratory movement in the camera that was used to round the object 3d in a software that seems to be c4d.However, My question is if you, (who are specialist in this type of details), can give me some instructions about who were made this small fragment pertaining to this sequence, or how to obtain that effect of “bad signal of TV”. I know a plugin called Twitch by videocopilot but that is not the specific effect that I am looking for. Also it interests to me, (as it mentions previously), to know which is the movement applied in the camera that simulates that vibration or real pulse on the sequence 3d.
I am amateur post producer and I am in the process of self-taught learning of this type of visual effects, that look really cool. In these details it is the secret, and we must learn and share new ideas.
any thing that says to me, will be ok! thank you very much!

Thanks!
