Black Border

Black Border

I have a material with a video on a plane. For some reason, there's a black border around the video, any way i can adjust the size of the video? I know something about setting it to "flat" and then adjusting...but when i set it to anything but cube it's warped and doesn't size correctly. Anyone have a solution?
