C4D to After Effects CS4
by Chris Walter on Mar 31, 2009 at 11:06:36 pm

Okay, so I have After Effects CS4 and C4D R11. I'm wondering how i can render from one to the other. I know that there's an AE plugin, but does that work in CS4?

Secondly, is there a way to switch cameras in C4D? I have three right now, and soon there will be 5-10 cameras in different areas of the screen. Is the only way, to control which one is seen, rendering each and every camera?

Third, is there a way to adjust the editor camera in C4D? The centralized view is driving me crazy because i have different things going on in different areas of the screen that i want to zoom in on to edit.

Finally, if i have a plane in C4D, how can I put a video texture on it? I've tried various methods to no avail. I know i could multi-pass render to After Effects and put the video on it there, but i have no idea how to. Any assistance with any of these questions is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
