C4D 10 Workshop - Car Troubles
by

I'm running through the Car tutorial in Arndt's C4d 10 Workshop book and I ran into a snag that I can't seem to figure out. On Pg 255 he creates a grill by extruding a couple of faces and hypernurbing them. The image in the book shows this grill fitting flush into the turn signal but I've tried this step five times and each time I come up with just a pipe instead of the flush tube he creates. I've tried repositioning my corner edges and adjusting the strength of the hypernurb for those edges but nothing I do gets me anywhere close to his image. Seems like a step or two left out but I could be just missing something... anyone have any idea?
