Can I set my cinema 4d preference settings back to it's default?

I got this new tutorial, unfortunately I messed up my settings. Especially in the color preferences/interface.

I am using version 10 and I think the tutorial is 9.6. However my interface is in classic.

Any help would be appreciated.
