render problems

i'am rendering charcater stills there are three charcaters rigged with controllers and textures added two characters work ok the third one however when i move the head of my charcter into a pose and render in picture viewer the head renders to the originally pose and not the new pose ive placed it in, this also happens when i click on the texture tool the head goes back to originaly pose, its only the head of the charcater everthing else renders ok and so do the other two characters
