Walkthrough animation lighting problem

Hi,
Ive created a rendered walkthrough animation through a house but after rendering the lighting and shadow casting seams to change slightly between every couple of frames creating a flickering effect. The biggest difference is when the ceiling flashes dark then light again.
No lighting effects have been key framed, the only thing moving is the camera. Global Illiumination has been enabled but only at a 60% accuracy. Could this be the reason for the inconsistency ??
