cinema 4d video tutorial set

hi there,

Im an ae artist wanting to learn a 3d program. Ive narrowed it down to either 3d max or cinema. Obviously cinema is great for integration with after effects so would this be the better choice overall?
Also which would be the best video tutorial set out there for a beginner in cinema?
