Quicktime Save Option not available

I think during an iTunes update, my quicktime settings were changed or something. Now when I try to save quicktime movies or audio files that I navigate to in Safari, the save as option is no longer available. I'm not sure how to set this back.

The System is 10.5.8
Quicktime is 7.6.4

Now that this function is no longer available, I relize how much I used it.
Any help would be major.
