external sata enclosures

I have 2 1T Seagate Barracuda drives waiting to be installed. I have a powerpc Mac Quad with only 2 internal drive bays. (one is system drive)
Can anyone recommend an external sata drive enclosure so I can use these drives? Preferably a raid setup.
Running Leopard and FCS 2
