I can't say that for myself but looking back, he really was ahead of his time and pushed a lot of boundaries. I don't know if he was the first to do it but I use to love how he would green screen himself into his movies. I still remember some campy movie called Kronus or something like that where the robot is stomping the town. Everyone is running and then Ernie breaks in with his coat and wig running. He was a riot. Working with Ernie is where Tim Conway got his start.
