Seriously good editor available part time

My assistant works for me only 25 hours a week, so he is available for freelance work the rest of the time. His name is Jeff Breuer, he has worked for me for a year, and has learned well from me. He is very fast, and has a point of view about the projects he works on, he is conceptual and he can write. Pretty good all around qualifications for an editor, which he really is, not a button pusher.
