Two thoughts:
The Seagates are blowing the doors off of the Hitachi's, speed wise... in pretty much every test.
The Seagates come in an ES version that is server grade for running 24/7, which if I'm not mistaken are your regular business hours.
In the "let's not forget" category... Hitachi bought the disasterous IBM HD division... which sort of gives me some cause for concern...
