Hi Damian,

I'm not sure if you mean panning options as in choosing mono/stereo/surround (click the little circle for mono or two circles for stereo below the level meters in the mixer) or for surround click on the output and set that to surround or if you mean the pan pots themselves (the big circles to the top right of the level meters, right above the faders. You can also use binaural panning from selecting that in the output menu.
