Problem with stylus rmx in Logic pro

This is regarding a Logic Pro issue which I am struggling hard to solve.The Mac Pro 2.8 Ghz System a friend of mine uses crashes whenever using a Plug-in Stylus RMX . As it seemed to be a hardware issue, I tried resolving the issue by using different HD, Mother Board, Processor and RAM but was of no use. I also doubt if there could be a version compatibility issue . So If you have any suggestion for the same please update me.
OS- 10.5.7
Logic version-8.0.2
Stylus Version- 1.7
