Evan Kovacs3D Nano Flash Side by side viewing issue

With the nano 3D in side by side mode, I am having an issue where the right image on the monitor is purple and the left is fine. Both cameras are genlocked and the image from camera and individual nano is fine. Switching the 3D software from side by side to anything else and back to side by side remedies the problem...until the next power cycle. Does anyone know what might be causing this or have any fixes? The software is the most recent version.
