Hi Stephen-
While we have not tested this exact camera, I can guarantee you that the live HDMI output from your camera is definitely uncompressed and has never been compressed. So, using this signal, you will see all the potential quality improvements possible with the nanoFlash.

We daily test with the Canon HV30 and continue to be amazed at the picture quality from this small consumer camera when connected to the nanoFlash.
